With extensive experience in employment law, Charles Swain is committed to representing employees who are standing up against unethical workplace practices. As a union member and a Black man, he understands firsthand the power of solidarity, equality, and the fight for workers' rights. Having worked as a teacher, retail clerk, and grocery store employee, Charles has personally faced the challenges many workers endure. Now, as a double union member, he uses his legal expertise to ensure workers receive the justice, dignity, and respect they deserve.
